Every order is packed by hand and ships from Charlotte, North Carolina. Orders travel worldwide.
Photography prints are prepared and dispatched within 3–5 business days. Original paintings are dispatched within 5–7 business days so the surface is fully cured and crated properly.
Photography prints ship at a flat rate calculated at checkout, based on destination and print size.
Original paintings ship with live carrier-calculated rates so you only pay the true cost for the size and weight of the piece. Larger canvases are shipped insured and tracked.
Prints are sleeved, backed with rigid board, and sent flat or rolled in a sturdy tube depending on size. Original canvases are corner protected, wrapped, and boxed in double-wall cartons.
Customs duties, VAT, and import fees are set by the destination country and are the buyer's responsibility. Delivery timelines vary with customs processing.
Photography prints may be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original condition and packaging for a refund of the item price; return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.
Original paintings and commissioned work are final sale, as each is a unique piece made or selected for one buyer.
If a piece arrives damaged, email photographs of the artwork and the packaging to info@ellezflowers.life within 7 days of delivery and a replacement or refund will be arranged.
